Barry Romberg
Barry Romberg studied at York University (Toronto) in the music
programme and took drum lessons from Stan Perry and Pete Magadini.
Since then he has performed with Gil Evans, Joe Henderson, Kenny
Wheeler, Don Pullen, Kenny Drew, Jr, Bill Mays, Hank Jones, Jane
Bunnett, Peter Appleyard, Mike Murley, NOJO and others.
He has recorded with Dave Young, Reg Schwager, John MacLeod, Brian
Dickinson, Al Henderson, Moe Koffman and Stephan Bauer.
Currently he freelances and occasionally leads his own band. |
